The Agency Planner at Facebook works with the worlds top brands and agencies to develop creative and contextual content solutions that are targeted to specific consumers on the Facebook platform. He/she is a senior-level marketer, creative visionary, and strategic thinker who creates big idea solutions that meet client objective and help move the business forward. The Agency Planner sits within the LATAM Agency team and works directly with account executives and sales leadership to help drive revenue across a tailored list of key clientsResponsibilities
  • Work closely with the Facebook sales teams by providing dynamic marketing solutions for strategic accounts that help grow the business
  • Serve as a client-facing partner to the sales leads, attending (and sometimes leading) client meetings
  • Participate in forecasting and planning with sales counterparts to identify opportunities for proactive selling
  • Work with select content partners to develop and package innovative marketing programs that drive revenue and provide strong value for users, advertisers, and Facebook
  • Lead idea and brainstorming sessions and help crystallize ideas into actionable solutions for advertisers
  • Help to develop presentation materials and other client deliverables, and maintain an editorial eye to ensure all client-facing creative concepts follow Facebook brand guidelines and effectively meet the marketers objectives
  • Provide media recommendations to support large-scale programs and initiatives
  • Oversee the execution of large and custom programs and partner with the LATAM sales directors with larger scale initiatives that help grow Facebooks presence in the marke
  • BA/BS degree, MBA or related Masters preferred
  • Minimum 8+ years experience in digital media and marketing at an ad agency, on the client side, or with a media company
  • Experience managing clients, accounts, and small teams of people
  • Experience in building creative digital media and sponsorship programs at scale that drive brand awareness and high user engagement
  • Cross-functional experience at consumer Internet companies, working across a variety of teams including product, engineering, communications, business development, media, finance, and sales
  • General understanding of Facebooks promoted products and overall advertising model
  • Strong local industry relationships, as well as experience working with top advertisers
