Direct Response group Manager, Client Solutions Manager(Sao Paulo, Brazil) Facebook was built to help people connect and share, and over the last decade our tools have played a critical part in changing how people around the world communicate with one another. Facebook is looking for an experienced manager who can scale a high performing team of Client Solutions Managers. As a CSM Manager, you will guide a highly talented team of individuals who look after Facebooks top advertisers from the Retail, ECommerce and Travel markets in Brazil. In this fast-paced environment, you will work within an account team to develop and grow deeper partnerships with clients. This position is based in our Sao Paulo office.Responsibilities
  • Collaborate to drive the expansion of Facebook Brazil',s Direct Response business
  • Build the solutions strategy for each vertical and support the team to cascade to all clients
  • Manage day-to-day operations, goal setting, careers, and growth of all Retail, ECommerce and Travel CSMs
  • Scale the team by capitalizing on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency by driving key automation and productivity initiatives
  • Oversee ads delivery and revenue recognition for all businesses
  • Work directly with top tier brands and agencies as a Facebook advertising expert
  • Educate clients on Facebooks advertising processes, tools, products, and best practices
  • Strategize, plan, and implement all elements of clients advertising campaigns with a focus on efficiency and scalability
  • Consistently monitor advertising campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize and improve return on investment
  • Work with local, regional, and global cross functional teams to share, establish, and improve best practices and procedures
  • Develop innovative and entirely new methods for planning, managing, and implementing Facebook advertising campaigns
  • Develop research and insights that will help Facebook further develop and evolve our advertising platform and guidelines
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Experience on Ecommerce and/or Retail industry
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to act independently
  • Ability to thrive and lead a team in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively on a team
  • Ability to confidently present to external clients
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience inspiring action through data driven insights
  • Experience managing online advertising campaigns is a plus
  • Experience working with SQL is a plus
  • Knowledge in Portuguese and English are required
